These terms apply to your use of the AI Sciences Lab website (aiscienceslab.com) and our plugins for ChatGPT, including Lawyer Consultation and PDF Reader and Editor Pagewise. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
AI Sciences Lab is a brand of Voryo Ltd., a company registered in Israel (“we”, “us”).
What our plugins do
Our plugins give general information, run automated checks (such as the contract checker), work on files you provide, and can hand you off to independent partner services. Lawyer Consultation does not draft final documents itself; tailored drafting and analysis happen on the partner service if you choose to continue there. PDF Reader and Editor Pagewise reads, edits and creates PDF files at your request.
Not legal advice
Lawyer Consultation provides general legal information only. It is not legal advice, we are not a law firm, and using it does not create a lawyer-client relationship with us. Laws differ by country and state and change over time. For advice on your situation, consult a qualified lawyer.
Automated checks
The contract checker uses automated checks of the text you share. It reads English text, it can miss or mislabel clauses, and a clause it does not find may be worded differently. Always read the full document yourself before relying on it.
Your files
You must have the right to use and change the files you give PDF Reader and Editor Pagewise. Its results are made automatically: text extraction, comparisons and compression can be incomplete, so check a result before you rely on it or send it to others. Results are kept for 60 minutes and then deleted, so download anything you want to keep. A picture of a signature added to a PDF is not a certified digital signature, and a watermark does not protect a file from changes.
Partner services and sponsored links
Partner services, such as the lawyer-supervised legal service and any business formation service we link to, are run by independent companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services. Some links are sponsored, and we may be paid when you use them; such replies are marked “(sponsored)”.
ChatGPT
Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI’s terms and policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services for anything unlawful, to harm others, to make forged or misleading documents, to share someone else’s personal information without the right to do so, or to disrupt, overload or probe our systems.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you share. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
Our names, logos, website content and plugin content belong to us or our licensors.
No warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on our services, and our total liability to you is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or stop our services, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
