Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy explains what information AI Sciences Lab processes when you use our website (aiscienceslab.com) and our plugins for ChatGPT, including Lawyer Consultation and PDF Reader and Editor Pagewise, and the choices you have.

Who we are

AI Sciences Lab is a brand of Voryo Ltd., a company registered in Israel. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Voryo Ltd. operating as AI Sciences Lab. Voryo Ltd. is the controller of the information described here. You can reach us at support@aiscienceslab.com.

Your conversations stay in ChatGPT

Our plugins run inside ChatGPT, which is operated by OpenAI under its own privacy policy. We do not see your conversations. Our server receives only what a plugin’s tools send to it, as described below.

What our plugins send to our server

  • Contract checker. When you share contract text and ChatGPT checks it with our tool, the text is sent to our server, checked in memory, and the results are returned to ChatGPT. We do not store the text and we do not send it to anyone.
  • Hand-off to a legal service. When the plugin tells you it will put together a brief and hand it off, and you answer its last question, ChatGPT sends our server a short summary of your request, written from what you shared, plus a document title and whether you uploaded a document. The summary may include sensitive details about your matter (for example about health, family, immigration or a criminal case) if you shared them. We pass it right away to our partner, a lawyer-supervised legal service, so it can prepare the link you receive, whether or not you then open the link. We do not store it. The partner keeps it under its own privacy policy, which applies to everything you do on its service.
  • PDF files (PDF Reader and Editor Pagewise). When you ask PDF Reader and Editor Pagewise to work on a PDF or an image you attached, ChatGPT gives our server a temporary link to that file, and our server downloads it from OpenAI. Text you ask it to add to a PDF, or to turn into a PDF, is sent to our server with the request. When you only read a file (its text, details or form fields), nothing is kept: the file is processed and its temporary copy is deleted right away. When you ask for an edit or a new PDF, the result is saved on our server behind a private, hard-to-guess download link that you receive in the chat; anyone who has the link can download the file until it expires. Results expire after 60 minutes: the link stops working and the file is deleted automatically. We do not look at, share or reuse your files, and we do not use them to train AI models. Please do not use PDF Reader and Editor Pagewise for files that contain payment card numbers, government ID numbers, passwords or medical records.
  • Technical records. For each request our plugin server records the time, the tool used, the result status, how long it took and the name of the client software (for example ChatGPT). It keeps daily totals for 30 days (including the number and total size of files processed and of downloads) and the last 50 requests. These records contain no request content, no file names and no IP addresses. To prevent abuse, the Lawyer Consultation server also counts hand-offs per network address, using only a scrambled form (hash) of the address; these counts stop being used after about two minutes and are deleted automatically, normally within a day.
  • Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, time, requested address and browser) for security and operations, for a limited period.

Links in replies

Links that hand you off to a partner, and some other links, go through our link service (Short.io), which counts clicks and records basic technical data such as time, browser and device type, approximate location derived from the IP address, and the referring page. We use this to count visits. Some links are sponsored: the partner may pay us when you use them, and such replies are marked “(sponsored)”. When you open a partner’s page, the partner’s privacy policy applies. Download links from PDF Reader and Editor Pagewise point directly to our server and do not go through the link service.

Our website

Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of it.

Why we use information

  • To provide the plugins and the hand-offs you ask for.
  • To keep our services secure and working, and to count usage (our legitimate interests).
  • To meet legal obligations.

Where the law of your country (for example the GDPR in the EU or the UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on the steps you ask us to take, our legitimate interests, and legal obligations, as listed above.

Who we share information with

  • OpenAI, which runs ChatGPT.
  • Our partner legal service, when a brief is handed off as described above.
  • Service providers that run our services for us: hosting, link counting and email.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it, or a buyer of our business, under this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

International transfers

We are based in Israel, and our service providers and partners may process information in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

How long we keep information

Contract text and hand-off summaries are not stored by us (the partner keeps hand-off summaries under its own policy). PDF Reader and Editor Pagewise keeps nothing when you only read a file, and edited and new PDFs expire after 60 minutes and are then deleted automatically. Our plugin records are kept as described above. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our host. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email support@aiscienceslab.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority). If you live in California, you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

Our plugins and website are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age for using online services without a parent’s consent where you live), and we do not knowingly process their information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
